Our independent production thicknesses are 20mm and 40mm thick materials. These materials have possible surface dimensions that we offer in the market. Therefore, they can be 20-22mm or 40-43mm thick. But this is indicated for each product.
Do you produce other thicknesses besides 20mm and 40mm?
Yes, our assortment also includes thicknesses such as 16, 18, 25, 33 and 36mm. The main difference from the basic assortment is that they are available in limited quantities and may be unavailable at some point.
Therefore, if you want to buy materials for some independent projects, it would be advisable to choose the thickness of the basic assortment.
Can glued ash and oak panels be used on the floor?
Yes, glued ash and oak boards can be used on the floor, but there are some important factors to consider, which would still indicate that it would be better to choose products specifically designed for this purpose for flooring materials:
The boards will always be much wider than solid wood floorboards or parquet.
The boards do not have any compensation grooves, connecting grooves or systems.
What does solid panel and finger jointed panel mean?
Solid panel means that we use only full lenght lamellas and glue to width only.
Finger jointed means that we use short elemets who are glued to lenght and then to width.
Whic spiece is more durable ash or oak wood?
According to the hardness scale, Oak is more durable, but in use it is practically invisible. Since the most significant difference between these noble woods is the visual appearance.
